Experience: Australian capital markets ( Hong Kong, Singapore or China exposure advantageous) Sydney Stock Exchange (SSX) (www.ssx.sydney) is an Australian securities exchange focused on providing a regulated exchange for the listing of companies in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

The SSX Director - Listings and Markets skilled in dealing with listed companies, corporate advisers and key decision makers of potential listees and market participants. This position calls for a dynamic, motivated sales person looking for long-term opportunities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and attract listings to SSX, in both Australia and Asia.
• Follow-up communication to broker/investor presentations with the purpose of uncovering needs and overcoming challenges with potential clients.
• Attract brokers and corporate advisers to SSX
• Selling the platform to the corporate advisory community and assisting prospective listed companies in overcoming challenges they may face.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships while emphasizing saleable features of the SSX platform.
• Presentation at events and conference, in Australia and Asia

• Proven track record within the financial services industry of successful cultivating and closing deals
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify key brokers and companies eligible to list on SSX.
• Excellent network of industry professionals.
• Demonstrates persistence and determination
