The mission of Crowd88 is to provide early stage companies an alternative solution to access capital and to provide investors an alternative solution to diversify their investment portfolio.
The new Head of Sales will establish and execute plans to achieve the strategic objectives including competitiveness, operating efficiency, diversification and growth. This role will find and source suitable companies seeking to raise capital from the market.
Key Responsibilities
- identify and contract prospective Wholesale/Cornerstone investors and leverage existing client base
- finding and sourcing suitable companies seeking to raise capital from the market
- build and maintain an effective sales team
- grow new leads by converting social media traffic to platform sign ups
- identify and partner with brokers and VCs to provide deal flow
- networking to provide future growth and opportunities
- meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge and Experience
- experience in broking industry, financial industry, private equity or venture captial
- proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- good understanding of risk management
