The Group is currently experiencing a period of exciting growth in a number of areas and seeks a motivated and professional to join our Investment Banking team.

The Candidate

You will have an established client base and a successful track record of origination and execution of ECM and M&A transactions in Australia. You would have worked in Corporate Finance in an investment bank or stockbroking firm with a focus on origination and execution of primary equity deals, either IPO's or placements, and /or M&A and advisory deals. You will be highly motivated and a self-starter. This is an opportunity to become a part of fast growing and dynamic investment banking and equities business.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Corporate Clients
• Originate and execute ECM and M&A Advisory transactions
• Alongside the Institutional desk and Retail Advisors, coordinate the distribution of ECM transactions
• Contribute actively to the strategic direction of the business

Skills and Experiences

• Substantial experience in Corporate Finance in an Investment Bank or Stockbroking firm
• Successful track record of ECM and M&A Advisory origination
• Work experience in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China will be highly regarded
• Fluent in Chinese/ Mandarin will be an advantage
